About Me

There are times when life feels overwhelming, confusing, or simply too much to manage alone. I offer a calm, confidential space to talk things through and find a way forward, whether you’re dealing with stress, anxiety, relationship struggles, or a sense of being stuck.

With over 20 years’ experience supporting people through conflict, stress, and change in my work as a senior lawyer and leader, I bring a grounded, practical understanding to my psychotherapy practice. I offer a warm, reflective space to explore the underlying thoughts and emotions that may be affecting you, with the aim of fostering insight and lasting change.

My own personal journey has involved living with chronic illness, which led me to explore a wide range of healing approaches and to reflect deeply on the connection between mind and body. Over time, I’ve come to see how emotional regulation and deeper self-understanding can significantly improve both physical health and the quality of our relationships, with ourselves and others. I believe that being able to explore these themes in a safe and supportive environment is a key part of emotional and physical wellbeing.

Many of the people I work with are in roles where focus, resilience, and responsibility are expected every day, yet privately, they feel stretched, overwhelmed, or disconnected. My aim is to build a trusting relationship where you will feel safe, supported, and understood.

Together, we can explore what’s brought you to therapy , whether that’s stress, anxiety, or the longer-term impact of life experiences and relationships. By gently noticing patterns in how you think, feel, and relate, we can bring them into awareness so they no longer quietly shape your life. Over time, many clients find not only greater balance, but also a renewed sense of energy, creativity, and connection to themselves.
